Skald is a collaborative tabletop roleplaying game (TRPG) companion platform that provides the following services:

• Character sheet creation, editing, and management
• 3D dice rolling with physics simulation
• Online game tables for real-time collaborative play
• Print-ready character sheet exports

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• All activities that occur under your account

Skald offers both free and paid subscription tiers through Patreon. Subscription benefits and pricing are subject to change with notice.

The Skald platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights.

You retain ownership of the content you create on Skald, including character sheets and templates. By uploading content, you grant us a license to:

• You retain full ownership of your created content
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and share your content as necessary to provide the service
• You are solely responsible for the content you create and share

You agree not to use Skald for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Any illegal activities or violations of applicable laws
• Harassment, abuse, or harm to other users
• Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Automated scraping or data harvesting
• Impersonating other users or entities
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications

Skald is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skald and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including:

• At your request to delete your account
• Extended periods of account inactivity

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through email or platform notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
